Fancy some homemade pasta?

Thank you to Blue Cricket Design, who shared the Pioneer Woman's homemade pasta recipe.

I've never tried making my own pasta, although I have thought about doing it for a while. I guess I never bothered because it seemed like it might be really difficult. Um. Not-so-much.

Have you got eggs, flour and a rolling pin? Cool. You're set. Really.

That recipe again is at this link.

Dave and I make Gnocci all the time. It's so simple, potatoes, an egg if you have one, and flour. Plus it costs about $3 for about quadrouple what you get when you buy $3 pack of gnocci.

You are so right, it is as simple as making a salad. You only need to be tenacious and you will be the best cook ever. I remember I started preparing pasta when I was in my buenos aires apartment since all the people there knew a lot about that meal since it is the typical one in Argentina. All my fears disappeared because I realized it wasn´t that hard!
