I love Threadbanger.
They have this great video tutorial that is a good example of why. You can make your own shirred dress very quickly (or slowly if you prefer). If you can sew a straight line, you can make this dress. HONESTLY.
They call it a summer dress, but you could modify the straps (or leave them as they are) and wear over a turtleneck with a cardigan in the cooler months.
I'm planning on making a few of these over the next few weeks. I'll let you know how mine turn out!
